Privacy Policy for Applicants

This policy covers anyone who applies for a job with Linestar Group through our online application form. “We,” “us,” and “Linestar” mean Linestar Trucking. If you join us as an employee, a separate policy covering the internal HR system takes over — we’ll point you to it then.

When you apply: your full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, the position you’re applying for, your IELTS score if you have one, a photo, your answers to our application questions (education, work history, strengths, and similar), and anything you write in the message field.

Solely to evaluate your application and manage the hiring process — reviewing your details, contacting you about next steps, and keeping a record of the outcome.

Access is limited to our HR and recruiting staff. We do not sell or share your information with outside companies, except the service providers below who help us run the application process.

Your application is stored with our hosting and database providers, and, if we email you about your application, that email is sent through our email delivery provider. These providers process data on our behalf and don’t use it for their own purposes.

We keep your application on file for as long as it’s relevant to hiring — including after an unsuccessful application, in case a similar role opens up — unless you ask us to remove it.

The application form itself doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

You can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact HR at hr@linestartrucking.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
