Terms of Service

By submitting a job application through this site, or by signing in to Linestar HR as staff, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the system.

These terms cover two groups: anyone applying for a job through our public application page, and Linestar Trucking staff who use the internal system as part of their work.

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a job offer. You’re responsible for making sure the information and documents you provide (including your resume and photo) are accurate and genuinely yours. We may contact you by phone or email about your application, and we may keep your application on file for future openings unless you ask us to remove it.

Your account is for your use only — don’t share your login with anyone else. Use the system only for legitimate HR and work purposes, and only access the information you actually need for your role. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact HR immediately.

Attendance data, including Face ID check-ins where in use, is treated as an official record for payroll and HR purposes. If you believe a record is wrong, raise it with your shift manager or HR — see the Attendance KPI Policy for the correction window.

Linestar HR — its design, code, and the way it organizes information — belongs to Linestar Trucking. This doesn’t affect ownership of your own personal information, which is covered by our Privacy Policy.

We do our best to keep the system accurate and available, but it’s provided as-is, without guarantees that it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, Linestar Trucking isn’t liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of the system — for example, a temporary outage delaying access to a record. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where Linestar Trucking operates.
